I Verwarm de oven voor op 200°C
I Borstel de champignons proper & snij in partjes
I Snipper de look en sjalotten fijn
I Meng de champignons, look en sjalotten met 5 eetlepels olie – kruid met salt of hearts en knoflookpoeder
I Leg de champignons in een ovenschaal & zet 25 min in de oven op 200°C
I Warm 260ml tomatensaus op en voeg 100ml water toe – voeg de bulgur toe & laat pruttelen tot de bulgur gaar is (+/- 12 minuten)
I Serveer de geroosterde champignons – besprenkel met citroensap & kruid met za’atar – & werk de tomatenbulgur af met enkele blaadjes basilicum
